A Die for a Sketch - Challenge #2

Hi there,
I am having so much fun with these sketches, and ALL the sketches in my life right now :) I've decided to try creating a different project each month, so as not to bore you (or myself)!
With that being said, for this month's challenge, I decided to alter a composition book, which I hadn't done in some time. I used K & Co's Ancestry.com papers and I used 4 dies, yes, 4 dies in my project, some pearl strands, some lace and trims and other small embellishments. It was totally fun to put this together. Now I'm looking forward to next month's sketch!!!!!!
Thank you so much for stopping by!

A Die for a Sketch - challenge #1

So it's been a while, but I'm glad to be back to post my project for A Die for a Sketch. Special THANKS to my friend Nancy (nickelnook on YT) for inviting me to follow along on these monthly sketch challenges. Those of you who have followed my blog for a while, know that I'm all about the sketches!!!! I decided to make a card for this one, surprise, surprise :)
Thanks for stopping by!!!

Friday Fun #5

I've got a few projects for today's Friday Fun. First is a banner & card (using Mojo Monday sketch #227) using DCWV's Bella Armoire Collection. The second project is another banner I made using K&Co's Snuggle Bug papers, in a shabby chic style. Tried a lot of "firsts" on both banners (ie, alcohol ink, inking lace). I'm happy with how they turned out! Thanks for stopping by!!!

Challenge #20 of 31

My challenge for today was to make a couple of birthday cards using some of the recent MOJOMONDAY sketches. I absolutely love their sketches, but I rarely get any further than printing them out, I know, it's sad :-( I had so much fun making them, using sketches is fun and makes card-making easy. I'm going to make these more often.
