Friday Fun #10

With the warmer weather and Spring Break on the horizon I couldn't help but begin my Sprintime craftmaking. I love the beautiful pastels represented with Mr. Bunny and all of the nicely decorated eggs that come in his basket :) For this project I made an egg-shaped banner that I drew out on cardstock, then painted in purple and glimmer misted with marshmallow. I used K&Co's Snuggle Bug paper collection, various Recollections flowers and ribbons and trims from my stash. The title was cut from using the Basic George cricut cartridge and the little eggs were cut using the Doodle Charms cartridge. As always, thanks for stopping by!
Hugs,

Friday Fun #9

Today's projects were made using K&Co's Ancestry.com paper collection (love it!!). These are regular tin cans I've been collecting for altering (a great recycled project). This particular one is for my makeup brushes, so I used colors to match my bathroom.

These others are for gifts:

Friday Fun #8

I wanted to try some new techniques in my cards. So, here are some gatefold cards and a double-pocket card. I used K&Co's Handmade paper stack for all of the cards. Please visit maestra2121's YT channel for some awesome tutorials on these and other techniques.

Friday Fun #7

In this episode I altered some #5 size shipping tags. I was inspired by Anna (YT channel is afallas72) by making these and using them as a card, so I left room for a little message from me!

To make this tag I used paper from DCWV's Home Stack. The paper is soooo pretty because it's glittered. I love it!!! I also used a baby blue wild orchid crafts flower and some crocheted lace trim.
For the next two tags I used papers from K&Co's Basic Brown Paper collection, wild orchid crafts flowers, laces and other embelly's.

Thanks for stopping by!!!

Friday Fun #6 -Oops! (late posting)

Shame on me, I haven't been very consistent in posting the photos of my projects here on my blog!
:( So sorry. Here's my project from episode #6, it's a large altered tin can for my daughter. I used her favorite colors as they match her bedroom.

I used paper from K&Co's Black & Ivory Fusion paper stack, some of my homemade paper flowers, some vintage buttons, a butterfly die cut, a black feather, some glittered pieces and some pearltrim.
